Our movers, Ryan and Stephen, were fantastic from start to finish! They showed up at 10 a.m. on the dot (our scheduled time) and were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire move. They didn’t hesitate to ask where we wanted things placed instead of just assuming. They helped us put things together, took things apart for us, and genuinely treated our belongings as if they were their own. They worked efficiently but never sacrificed care in the process. Moving can be stressful, but they made the whole experience so much easier. Highly recommend this company!

Jeremy and Braydon were awesome. Very pleasant fellows and very hard working. Did not at any time think we were being taken advantage of or bill padding or any shenanigans were taking place. Any request from my wife (there were a number of them) was met with no issues. Very careful with our stuff, no damages or mishaps. Recommend fully. Oh and by the way my wife noted today there was no cussing or bad manners.

I was worried about Junk In the Trunk having to move my contents to a condominium in which the elevator wasn't working and all my things had to be taken up 3 flights of stairs. I called Jeremy and he assured me time and again that it would all be okay, and it was. Jeremy and his crew were there to move me right at 8:00am as they promised and had my many boxes and furniture loaded in record time. They unloaded everything taking it through a garage, a number of doors and 3 flights of stairs without any complaints and lots of humor all the while. The two guys from Junk in the Trunk, Ryan and Jordan, were excellent. They were hardworking and kind. We scheduled them for 2 hours just to move our furniture, planning to do the rest ourselves. They had finished loading the furniture in 20 minutes and started on boxes and everything else. I had previously called around many other companies in penticton and found most to be expensive, unaccommodating, or just rude. Junk in the trunk was the cheapest and well worth every penny. Will use them again for all future moves.

They were very professional, on time, and worked with great efficiency. They worked very quickly and didn’t dent any walls or damage any furniture.

This is my second time using Junk in the Trunk and honestly- this experience has once more reminded me that they are the best! I was extremely conscious of my move as it was short notice- plus- the move primarily consisted large household furniture. As a former customer- they were my first call and their ability to get me in on such short notice made me instantly relieved. The punctuality was on point, when they entered they assessed the whole thing in minutes and had a whole dynamic laid out that had my apartment empty within 20 minutes! Even though these were large furniture (platform bed set, a whole dining table set, a sofabed couch etc), they tackled it in such a way that made me realize I was worrying over nothing. Listen, these guys are pros at this and the speed at which they got it done was no joke. I have to say for the efficiency, the dedication, the professionalism and again- the speed- they are THE BEST- this was the best decision I made with my whole moving experience.
